SanAn Group was founded with the mission of co-creating the future of Japan and Vietnam. Having lived in Japan for over 20 years, I have deeply absorbed its culture and values, and have personally experienced the spirit of diligence as well as the profound significance of trust in professional relationships. To me, Japan is as important as my homeland - it is my second home.

After graduating from Lam Son High School for the Gifted and Dong Du Japanese Language School, Mr. Le Anh Tuan pursued his studies at Nihon University (Japan), where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
He began his career as a System Engineer at a Japanese IT company before joining FPT Software Japan as a Senior Account Manager. Continuing his professional journey, he co-founded VTI Japan Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer.
Currently, as the Founder of SanAn Group, Mr. Le Anh Tuan is dedicated to developing innovative and breakthrough technology solutions, contributing to the advancement and transformation of the IT industry.
Mr. LE DINH TUNG

CEO - System Sustainability Vietnam
After graduating from Lam Son High School for the Gifted, Mr. Le Đinh Tung moved to Japan, where he completed his studies at Kanrin Japanese Language School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Fukui University.
He began his career as a Programmer and BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) at a Japanese IT company before advancing to the position of Delivery Manager cum Sales Manager, overseeing project management and business strategy planning. Later, he further expanded his experience as a Sales Manager at Satellite Office.
Currently, Mr. Le Đinh Tung serves as the Vice President of SanAn Group and CEO of System Sustainability Vietnam, a company specializing in COBOL-based system development and modernization.
Mr. NGUYEN ANH NHAT LINH
COO – SA FUSION
A graduate of the Software Engineering Faculty at FPT University, Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhat Linh has gained extensive hands-on experience in Japan as a System Engineer, Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), and Project Manager.
He later served as Development Department Manager and PMO Team Leader, where he directly participated in and led several key projects.
In his current role as COO of SA Fusion, Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhat Linh is dedicated to delivering optimal IT solutions and enhancing project management efficiency for clients through innovation and technological excellence.
Mr. NGUYEN BA QUANG
COO&CPO – SA EDUTECH
Tốt nghiệp lớp Chất lượng cao của Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội, ông bắt đầu sự nghiệp với vai trò Data Scientist tại Ahamove và Cốc Cốc, nơi ông tích lũy kinh nghiệm và nâng cao chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực phân tích dữ liệu và ứng dụng AI. Hiện nay, với cương vị COO&CPO của SA EduTech, ông tập trung phát triển và triển khai những giải pháp sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực Edtech, góp phần đổi mới trải nghiệm giáo dục bằng công nghệ.
